My name is Amy Glick, M.D.

I’m the founder of Touchstone Psychiatry, a telepsychiatry practice where patients receive thoughtful, honest and in-depth treatment.

I’m currently available for tele-health appointments for patients in NJ.

Mental health is determined by a complex interaction between our past experiences, acquired beliefs, and underlying neurobiological risk factors.   At Touchstone, we believe that effective and compassionate treatment addresses all of these components.   The best therapists are well informed in a range of interventions, affording flexibility to tailor treatment to their patients rather than dogmatically insisting that patients fit into one box.

Most people do not want their care siloed into either “therapy” or “medication management.”  They want to see a mental health provider who understands them and can take a holistic, rational approach to their care.

In treatment at Touchstone, you can expect to receive thoughtful, honest and in-depth treatment. Our telehealth appointments allow more flexibility so you can get the help you need and move on with your day.
